Okawa Screw Manufacturing established "OKAWA MEXICANA, S.A. de C. V. (OKAWA MEXICANA)" in Mexico in 2012 as an overseas production base following "THAI OKAWA Co., Ltd. (THAI OKAWA)." In addition to cold forming and precision cutting, which are the core technologies cultivated in the automotive parts field, we established a system that could apply to plating processing as a new initiative, full-scale operation of the plant in 2014. In cooperation with each of our bases in Japan, we are strengthening our partnership with existing customers, actively developing marketing activities, and seeking to expand our business mainly in North America and Europe.

Okawa Screw Manufacturing is the top share holder of brake hose end fittings for automobiles and motorcycles in Japan. We are also focused on nurturing local cold forming technicians, which is enabling us to supply products equivalent level to those in Japan.
We have equipment such as 6 or 7 multi-stage parts formers, multi-spindle automatic lashes, brazing furnace, zinc plating facility. We can respond to a wide range of metal processing needs, and achieve speedy delivery with an overall cost reduction.
Local factories have been adopted a strict quality control system cultivated over many years in the field of important security parts for automobiles, which require high precision. We conduct a full inspection with skilled inspectors and in-house developed image inspection machines and aim at "100% quality products".
